Why keep going

Hi. 

I hope everyone is good.  I’ve been thinking of why keep going and putting stuff out there for the world to see.  I ask myself what is the point of all of this. I don’t have many followers, and I appreciate each one. I see other accounts with the same message, with more engagement, and I ask myself why to keep going.

Then I remembered something I heard earlier this week. You might not think your doing anything special, but to someone else, it could be the thing they need to change their world. This realization that the stuff I make can help someone is pretty amazing.

One also needs to remember that not everyone is going to enjoy this, I can’t please everyone all the time. Even G-d can’t, some people are upset at him now. I also realize that my style is not for everyone. That’s why there are many different options out there. However the people I do help, I am glad I was able to.

I ask why repeat the same messages. The reason is that some messages are meant to be repeated. My daughter doesn’t learn simple math once, she learns it over time, with repetition, and with new problems. The same with any subject. Zig Ziglar said “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing, that’s why we recommend it daily.”

So, why keep going? One cause I enjoy spending my messages and helping others when I can. Even though I am not consistent with putting stuff out, when I do it’s a messages worth sharing. Also I have a small following, but everyone started at 0 too. Also I enjoy helping other feel motivated and inspired when I can.

Today I am thankful for my readers.
