Good evening. I hope you are doing well. I have found that writing at night has helped me release emotions. I think it’s important to find constructive ways to do that. Exercise and meditation are others ways I hope to experience shortly. I’m not supposed to exercise, right now due to medical and I found a meditation app, I think I’ll try soon.
Also finding someone to talk to also helps. It could be a friend, family member, or even a stranger with an open ear.
So today I was reminded that everyone is afraid of something. It’s what we do with that fear, that’s what’s important. President FDR said we have nothing to fear but fear itself. For me, a fear I have is how people will react to my post and writing. I’m not a professional, yet I want to share my message. I tell myself if people don’t like it ok, but so far people have enjoyed it. Of course, once it’s published my fear goes down. Taking action is one way to defeat fear. I just feel so much better once I take action and see that there was nothing to be afraid of. I hope you take action today.
Today I am thankful for Taco Meatloaf. (I made a Taco meatloaf for the 1st time and it came out great.
