Dance and a Smile.

June 4

So today I attended my daughter dance recitel with my wife and my parents.  It was wonderful to see her perform in front of a live audience. She hasn’t performed dance live on stage since Covid 2020.  The year of practices decently paid off.

Of course one thing we noticed is that the dancers who really got our attention, besides our daughter were the ones who smiled.  It’s amazing what a small and simple jester will do.  Scientists have actually studied and say it’s important to smile. Some reason are it helps to deal with pain.  It’s make your body relaxed and releases natural painkillers.  A smile make a person seem more friendly and approachable.  It also helps to reduce stress.  Here is some links on the benefits of smiling:,Increased%20endurance

Hi, I am in my early '40s with a wife and a young daughter. I am doing this so I can share my ideas, thoughts, and creativity with the world. I also wanted to find new ways to express myself. I hope you enjoy it.
