I have to admitted I hate making mistakes. I know they are part of life, yet when I make one, I feel frustrated, disappointed annoyed. Because of a mistake I made, the feelings I have bring up mistakes from the past. These negative feelings are not good.
I know I’ll make mistakes again, in my life. The part I wish to go away, is not to have these feelings of remorse and regret for so long. Finding a way to release this feelings definitely help. Releasing them in a positive way. Doing my podcast episode and this blog are two positive ways of letting my emotions out.
I’ve also come to the realization that life lessons are worth relearning. Life lessons are not one and done. There a reason they are called life lessons, the reason is that sometimes it can take a life time to master. For most of my life, I felt that if I express emotion such as frustration, worry, frighten, I was concerted week. I would keep those emotion bottle up until explosion. I have come to realize that those emotion are part of me and I can’t keep them bottled up. That’s why writing is so helpful.
