Hello. I hope everyone that reads this is doing good. I hope you get something out of what I’m about to share. If you are not feeling great, know that there is good out there and you are special and unique.
I say that because it’s hard to be positive and try to see the good in the world all the time. It seems that every time you go on social media, there are some negative stories out there. It can be overwhelming at times.
I hope that there is more positive in our world. So how do I try to look on the brightside of life? Well when I feel down, I remember what I am grateful for. It’s amazing when you take a step back and remember what good things you have in your life.
2nd sometime my mind is racing with many negative thoughts. I’m on a treadmill and can’t get off. So I decided to slow down the treadmill. I pause and take some deep breaths in and out which tends to help.
Writing is also a great outlet. I’m not much of a writer, but when I do I feel this sense of relief. I’m not clear why I don’t do it more. I want to share stuff, but sometimes it’s hard to figure out how to express it.
Again remember that there are people out there who want to help. It may be directly or can be indirectly I hope this helps you today in some way.
