Doing new things

A few days ago I was feeling down and one thing that helped was the fact that I started to do new things in my life. No they weren’t major new things they were just guess things that I have done differently. For example I video taped myself cooking and placed it on my YouTube channel. This was new because I haven’t really put much on my YouTube channel before this and I realize that it’s okay to share what you did. No they weren’t significant new things; they were just guess something that I have done differently. For example, I videotaped myself cooking and placed it on my YouTube channel. This was new because I haven’t really put much on my YouTube channel before this and I realize that it’s okay to share what you like with others. The thing I videotape me doing was making a new nutty’s snack with walnuts and almonds, and peanut butter; the link is below:

Because I did something new or different, my energy changes, and so did my attitude. I think it also helped that my energy was flowing into something I was doing that I enjoyed. In my opinion, we need to try new things to constantly move forward because we are creatures of growth.
