Hi, I hope everyone is doing well. I am great. One thing I want to write about today is fear. Unfortunately we are living in a time where fear seems to be more around. However, I and hopefully you, too, can learn how not to let fear control your actions. As President Franklin Roosevelt said, there is nothing to fear but fear itself.

Fear can rob people of their joy, make them more stressed, things that I do not want to happen to me. How do you get control of your fear? These are some ways I have come up with: First, realize that you have control of your fear. Second listen to some words of motivation and inspiration. I recommend Joel Olsteen, Lewis Howes, Dean Graziosi, or even my podcast, http://www.anchor.fm/starttodayhappy. Also, speak out loud to your self words of positivity, say out loud that “I am worth it, I can do it, I believe in me” you’ll be amazed at how that changes your mood. Last is to go out and take action. I get a little fearful each time I do one of these posts, or a podcast, however, once I do the work, I get a feeling of accomplishment and that I have conquered my fear.
Have a great day.
